Interactive entertainment publisher Square Enix, Inc. and Ubisoft have officially announced that Assassin’s Creed Revelations will be lending one of its costume designs to Final Fantasy XIII-2. Ten of Ontario’s leading screen-based producers have just returned from an inaugural ten-day Mission to India led by the Ontario Media Development Corporation (OMDC) in partnership with Telefilm Canada.  The trade mission took delegates to Mumbai and Goa, including visits to the National Film Development Corporation’s (NFDC) Film Bazaar and the International Film Festival of India (IFFI), providing the delegates with an opportunity to forge new relationships between Ontario and Indian filmmakers and build the foundation for future collaboration between the two jurisdictions. Holmes Group President, Mike Holmes, and former CEO of Media, Pete Kettlewell have announced the creation of Point Load Pictures – a new, independent production company that will develop and produce new series outside of the Holmes brand. The Eastern Ontario Wardens’ Caucus has awarded its second Local Access Contract that will allow nearly 80,000 homes and businesses to connect wirelessly to high-speed Internet across a region that includes all of Prince Edward County, most of the southern half of Hastings and Lennox and Addington Counties and a westerly portion of Frontenac County.
