[1]Two Ontario companies, 01 Communique Laboratory Inc. [1] and WiLAN Inc. [2] have commenced litigation in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia against Bomgar Corporation, a company headquartered in Gladios IP [3] will assist 01 Communique in its lawsuit against Bomgar for patent infringement of its remote access technology, specifically 01 Communique’s U.S. Patent No. 6,928,479.
