Introducing AIM Game Development Weekend Intensive

mini-orbyThe AIM Game Development Weekend Intensive is a 2 day course held at the UBC Robson Square campus which teaches students the fundamentals of game development and computer programming using industry standard tools. Over two days, students gain practical skills in computer programming using the C# programming language, and 3D game development using the Unity game engine.

The course requires basic computer skills, a love of games, and a willingness to learn.  No prior experience in programming or game development is needed and all materials, tools, and equipment are provided.  As well, all project files, content, and source code may be taken home at the end of the course, and can be used to continue developing the game created during the course, or develop entirely new and original games. The course is taught by game development veterans with more than 20 years of combined industry experience.

To register for an upcoming Game Development Weekend Intensive, visit the Events & Registration page. Course tuition is $499.00 with special offers and scholarship possibilities in place.
