Canada Media Fund Trends Website Goes Live

Canada Media FundThe Canada Media Fund (CMF) is pleased to provide stakeholders with a new and convenient location for all industry research published by the CMF. The new CMF Trends website is now the flagship destination for all blog posts, research studies, video interviews and white papers previously located on cmf-fmc.ca. The site is designed to merge CMF’s blog Trendscape, the Industry research section, and the Crowdfunding online resource all of which were previously hosted on the CMF website.

The new site will feature CMF’s analysis blog (formerly Trendscape) which includes more than one hundred posts as well as video interviews. Favoring a collaborative approach with expert bloggers from Canada and around the world, readers will find an extensive collection of specialized articles about the television and digital media industry. Readers will also be able to access 27 studies and white papers covering topics at the forefront of the transformations that are affecting today’s digital television and media industry, all available for free download  in the Research section of the new CMF Trends website.

In addition to the new website, the CMF Trends Newsletter and the @CMF_Trends Twitter account  are two very useful resources stay up to date on the current and future state of the audiovisual media industry here in Canada and around the world.

  • CMF Trends Newsletter – Published at the end of each month, the CMF’s newsletter provides readers with an overview of the latest content made available on the CMF Trends website as well as research reports published in collaboration with a variety of industry experts. The newsletter is available in both French and English. Subscribe to the CMF Trends Newsletter and make sure you don’t miss any of our publications.
  • @CMF_Trends Twitter Account – Be the first to find out about new content on our industry research platforms and take part in discussions on the latest trends in television and digital media, crowdfunding, transmedia, emerging technologies, industry data, video games, mobile apps, start-ups and other topics of interest. Follow @CMF_Trends on Twitter. It’s a great complement to our corporate CMF account (@CMF_FMC).
