Assassin’s Creed Ascendance is a short animated story developed by Ubisoft Montreal. It bridges the narrative gap between Assassin’s Creed II and Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood. Assassin’s Creed Ascendance follows Assassin Ezio Auditore as he struggles to remove the treacherous Borgia family from their papal throne. Ezio will learn the brutal truth behind Ceasare Borgia’s rise to power to control Italy. Assassin’s Creed Ascendance will be available on PlayStation®Store, Xbox LIVE® for the Xbox 360®, and other digital channels for a suggested retail price of $1.99. This film is not rated by the ESRB.

Assassin’s Creed The Fall, Issue 1 is now available from UbiWorkshop. This comic series follows 19th century Russian assassin Nikolai Orelov as he strives to claim an artifact of immense power from the hands of the Templars, leading to a climactic and violent showdown with the ruthless Tsar Alexander III aboard a speeding train. Meanwhile, his modern-day counterpart is a troubled young drifter rife with unsettling visions of a possible past life – visions that have irreversible consequences for the present.
The Fall was written and illustrated by Karl Kerschl and Cameron Stewart, with colour by Nadine Thomas, and is comprised of 32 pages. There are three different covers for the launch issue – the official Ubisoft cover, a Target exclusive cover and a GameStop exclusive cover.
