BC’s Government is inviting written submissions from students, the private career training sector and the public to guide the development of legislation and supporting regulations needed to regulate the sector in British Columbia. As a result of a core review, government announced its intention on April 17, 2014, to directly regulate the private career training sector. Before that can happen, legislation is required to dissolve the Private Career Training Institution Agency and transfer its functions to the Ministry of Advanced Education.
