Ubisoft has announced the Assassin’s Creed III Season Pass offer, granting access to all five forthcoming DLC packs to players owning the original game on PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system, Microsoft’s Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system, and Windows PCs.
