Capcom and Slant Six Gameshave released a new trailer for Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City, which is less than a month away from release for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation3 versions on March 20th. The PC version will release on May 18th and will feature NVIDIA 3D Vision support, stunning high resolution visual effects make the hell of Raccoon City even more graphic. Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City for the PC will include all the same features as the console version including the ability to compete in an eight player online team versus battle and four player campaign mode.
The world war has gone intergalactic, as Montreal game publisher Meridian4 has announced that they have partnered with European developers Headup Games and Tindalos Interactive to bring Stellar Impact to Steam and other top distribution channels this spring. Currently in beta on Tindalo Interactive’s website, Stellar Impact is an online strategy game that takes place in a sci-fi universe and now has a myriad of new features and enhancements. By 2016, nearly four-fifths of 640 million mobile VoIP users will be making calls through apps downloaded on their smartphones,according to a recent report released by Juniper Research. While the mobile market has thus far been largely dominated by Apple iOS devices, Info Tech’s latest Android Market traffic numbers indicate its growth is four times faster than that of the Apple App store, making Android users an even more important target market for app developers. GREE and Ubisoft have announced an agreement to bring a brand-new Assassin’s Creed mobile game to the upcoming GREE Platform. Montreal-based regulated gaming industry developer Amaya Gaming Group Inc. is set to launch its first mobile and tablet casino games offerings, including a selection of its proven and popular slots and card game titles.
