At a commemorative breakfast in Los Angeles yesterday morning, Telefilm Canada Executive Director Carolle Brabant was officially honoured as one of The Hollywood Reporter’s “13 Female Power-Players Who Rule the World“, the newly created sidebar for the trade publication’s annual Top 100 Power Women in Entertainment list. Rural broadband service provider Xplornet Communications Inc. and Alvarion Ltd., a provider of optimized wireless broadband solutions addressing the connectivity, capacity and coverage challenges of public and private networks, have announced that Alvarion’s 4Motion® solution supporting TD-LTE was successfully tested in the 2.5 GHz and 3.5 GHz frequency bands.
