Intelimax Announces 3 Million Dollar Non-Brokered Private Placement
Intelimax Media Inc. (CNSX:IMD) wishes to announce up to $3 million non-brokered working capital private placement pursuant to which the Company will sell up to 10 million units of the Company at a price of CAD$0.30/unit. Each unit will be comprised of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant will be exercisable into an additional common share at a price of $0.60/share for a period of two years. In connection with this financing, the Company will pay a finder’s fee to eligible finders in accordance with regulatory policies.
