The ideal business development candidate for AC+A is:

• Tech/mobile/game savvy (no direct game dev experience needed)
• Direct and clear in their approach
• A superb networker – articulate and confident, in-person and virtually
• Able to close deals gracefully and efficiently – prefer strong sales background
• Willing and able to travel frequently

In an ideal world, this unicorn would live in Vancouver, BC. But geography is not as important as finding the right person: someone who loves working in game/app dev and design, attending the coolest conferences, growing & maintaining a huge rolodex and sniffing out every possible opportunity before following through with knowledgeable communication.
