Kashoo, the makers of simple cloud accounting software for small businesses, has released a new version of its industry-leading accounting iPad app. Version 2.1 includes a number of great new features, namely Attachments, easy mobile printing via AirPrint, faster data entry, a variety of beautiful, client-ready invoice templates and more. Attachments lets Kashoo customers snap a picture of a receipt with their iPad’s camera (or upload an existing image) and attach it to an expense, directly within the app. This capability makes the Kashoo iPad app all a small business owner needs to stay on top of their accounting.

While Attachments is a feature designed for the business owner in the field or on-site with clients and customers, it is also a valuable resource to Kashoo accountant and bookkeeper customers. Instead of receiving piles of receipts from their small business clients, accountants and bookkeepers using Kashoo can see when receipts are added and reconcile as required in real time, via the cloud.
