Telefilm Canada wishes to inform its clients that applications for funding to the Canada Feature Film Fund for lower-budget projects (projects with budgets of less than $2.5 million) will be accepted as of the following dates for English- and French-language markets. Please note that these dates are not “deadlines;” they are opening dates. Telefilm will continue to accept applications for lower-budget projects after these dates until the closing date. Closing dates for the coming fiscal year will be announced at a later date.

Lower-budget English-language projects 

March 17, 2014 – Regions: Atlantic, Quebec, Ontario, West

Lower-budget French-language projects 

March 21, 2014 – Regions: Atlantic, Quebec, Ontario, West
