Along with updates to its web site, Maide, Inc. has extended the functionality of its CadControl iPad app to the iPhone, and released a brand new app called CadRemote that will simplify presentations and collaborative reviews. It lets you use your phone to navigate a 3D model, and sketch over the screen in Solidworks, Maya, 3DS Max, Sketchup and Rhino. The Legend of Tembo is currently in pre-production at the brand new Tradition Studios, a state-of-the-art, 120,000 square foot facility in South Florida. Findings from Randstad’s latest Global Workmonitor, surveying employees in 29 countries around the world, reveal Canadian employees have mixed feelings when it comes to working from home in 2012.
