Sprylogics International Corp. has signed a Letter of Intent to license Sprylogics’ Semantic Search Technology to Softection PTY Limited (“Softection”) of Australia. Softection develops Digital Asset Protection (“DAP”) Enterprise solutions in the Data Loss Protection marketplace (which is growing at a rate of 20% per year according to The Radicati Group of Palo Alto, CA). PowerSearch Software, a developer of affordable and accessible search technologies based in Barrie, has announced that the Department of Justice Canada has purchased tokens allowing the government agency to export one million files as needed for purposes of litigation. PowerSearch is the only e-discovery search and cull application that allows users to download and deploy its software without spending a dime.
